Board Certified in Internal Medicine: Dr. Puthenveetil was born and raised in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2003 at the University of Illinois, Christ Hospital. He then joined Greenleaf Medical and has been practicing as a Board Certified Internist and is the practice’s Medical Director.
I believe great medicine means more than treating symptoms—it’s about building a relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and shared goals. Every patient is unique, and I believe the best care begins by truly listening; understanding not just your medical history, but your personal values, concerns, and aspirations for your health.
I take the time to connect with each patient on a human level, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My role is to bring clinical expertise and thoughtful insight into every conversation, so we can make informed decisions together. Whether we’re managing a chronic condition, addressing a new concern, or focusing on preventive care, my priority is to ensure you feel empowered and confident in your care.
As both a clinician and an advocate, I am here to guide you through every step of your health journey—with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for your individual experience.
