Our Mission
Greenleaf Medical Associates is a trusted, multi-specialty practice providing comprehensive care to families in the Chicago area and beyond. Our team—led by Dr. Peter Puthenveetil, Julia Felix PA-C, Tiffany Hendrickson DNP and Marlin Cervantes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C—brings together decades of experience in internal medicine, preventive care, and lifestyle medicine.
